Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy covers the Eldersire Pipeline app ("the app"), an internal tool operated by Eldersire Studios. The app publishes the studio's own videos to the studio's own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public, and it does not collect information from viewers or other users.
YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information accessed through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
What the app accesses
- Upload access to the authorized YouTube channel, to publish videos the studio owner has approved.
- Read-only channel information, such as the channel's videos and their details.
- Read-only YouTube Analytics for the channel's own videos, such as views and watch time, used to improve future videos.
How information is used and stored
- Information is used only to upload the studio's videos and to measure how they perform.
- Authorization tokens are stored encrypted as secrets in the studio's private code repository and are used only by its automated workflows.
- Analytics may be stored in summary form to guide future videos. The app does not store personal information about viewers.
- Information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and it is not used for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website and the app do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts.
Revoking access and deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time on the Google third-party connections page. Revoking access stops the app from using the account. Stored authorization tokens and analytics summaries are deleted within 30 days of revocation or on request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
